Frank is an expert in employment law and corporate law. In addition, in the past couple of years he has worked as a curator in several bankruptcies. As a result, he unerringly recognizes the legal pitfalls for entrepreneurs. Employment law is also his speciality. He assists employers and employees, including in matters of dismissal, labour disputes, reorganisations and employment conditions. In addition, he drafts tailor-made agreements and has extensive litigation experience.

In addition to his work as a lawyer, he prefers to be found on the piste. He is also a great lover of music.

Frank has registered the following areas of law in the Register of Legal Practice of the Netherlands Bar Association:

Employment law and general practice (civil law) – This registration obliges him to obtain ten training points in that registered area of law every calendar year in accordance with the standards of the Dutch Bar Association.
