Paul specialises in corporate law and contract law . He mainly advises entrepreneurs on (international trade) contracts, company takeovers and all kinds of joint ventures. He also assists them in employment law matters, such as reorganisations and (individual) dismissals.
He has an interest in almost everything that has to do with sports. Therefore, he is also engaged in sports law, individual athletes and sports associations in sports-related disputes and (disciplinary) proceedings at arbitration and arbitration tribunals.

Paul completed the postgraduate specialisation course ‘National and International Contracts’ at the Grotius Academy in 2018.

Paul has registered the following area of law in the Register of Legal Entities of the Netherlands Bar Association:

Corporate Law – This registration obliges him to obtain ten training points in that registered area of law every calendar year in accordance with the standards of the Dutch Bar Association.
